HOW TO BOOK THE HALL
The hire rates for the Speedwell Hall:
Booking Sessions are:
Morning: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Afternoon: 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Evening: 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm
(Bookings requiring use of facilities outside of these times will require prior permission and will incur extra charge)
Hall Hire – regular users: £20 per session
Hall Hire – one-off booking: £25 per session
Committee room: £10 per session
Additional charge for use of garden: £20 per session
(please note that this is in addition to the relevant hall hire charge)

• Children must be supervised at all times when using The Speedwell facilities.
• The Speedwell is a non-smoking facility throughout the premises.
A guide to the capacity of the Speedwell Hall is as follows:
Up to 60 chairs available for seating; for an adult reception, party, wake or equivalent is 30 adults; for a children’s party c. 30 children.

Reponsibility of The Speedwell Trustees: We will provide washing liquid and washing cloths. You must supply your own tea towels for your use and remove them at the end of the hire period.
